Hey everyone!!
My name is Jessica Bates, I live about 45 minutes from MSSU's campus.I'd like to live closer, so if you're interested in rooming just let me know!I am a transfer student from NEO in Miami OK and am excited to start the Spring semester here at MSSU!! I plan to go into dental hygiene and am very excited about it, and the money that comes along with it. : D
I have 7 siblings, all younger than me, 4 brothers and 3 sisters. I'm like a built in babysitter and it's not so bad watching them when they behave. ;) Some things that I like to do when I'm free are hanging out with muuhh friends, playing basketball, running, going to the lake, and checking the cows( a little odd sounding to most, I'm sure). I coach 4th grade basketball and right now we are 7-0!! WOO HOO! Go Oswego Indians! I have a wonderful boyfriend and he is in the heavy equipment industry. My parents own their own business, my dad is a Vet and has three clinics around the area; my mom does his books and all that fun stuff that comes along with it. when I'm not at school I work for my parents and I enjoy every bit of it! Ummm.. I'm running out of things ta sayy...hmm.. I'm 19 and if ya have any other questions or want to know anything else just reply with your question!! :)
Hey Jessica, Nice to meet you my name is Colin. I am glad to see you are interested in becoming a Dental Hygienist, and you are definitely right they make quite a bit of money.(: I am going the medical route as well with an emphasis in Nursing. I see you live 45 min away from campus, looks like I have you beat there I live according to google maps 1 hour and 55 min away:). It looks as if you beat me in the siblings dept. however sadly I only have three two sisters and one brother which are all older. It was a pleasure meeting you via your Blog Jessica, and I hope you have a stress free week of easing back into classes, and an even more relaxed semester.

ReplyDeleteHi and welcome to southern. Dental hygiene seems to be a very popular major Here at southern lately. I do know some of the professors around the biology department so feel free to ask me about who to take or not to take if you arent sure which professor to take.
ReplyDeleteI am totally confused on this blogging thing. I have never done a blog before. It seems like it is like facebook. I had posted a few things on facebook before, but I ended up closing my account. I hardly ever got on it and when I would, I would just look at what other people had been writing. I hope I pick this up fast to get me through this class.
